Though much of the information in the registry is of record, some of the information contained on the registry is obtained directly from offenders. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) does not guarantee its accuracy or completeness. The information contained in an offender's record does not imply listed individuals will commit a specific type of crime in the future, nor does it imply that if a future crime is committed by a listed individual what the nature of that crime may be. The arrests and dispositions reported on this website are published directly from information submitted to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation by arresting agencies and the courts. Any inaccuracies or inconsistencies should be reported to those entities for correction.

FOR OUTSTANDING WARRANTS:

The existence of outstanding warrants is a fluid situation as the warrants are issued and served on an on-going basis. Because of this

fact, a person listed as "wanted" may have already been arrested. The information contained on this website regarding outstanding warrants is submitted by those agencies that enter these warrants into the National Crime Information Center and those submitting agencies are responsible for the information submitted. Because of the ever-changing nature of outstanding warrants, this category will be updated weekly.
