Establish a TAPS User Agreement:

To establish a User Agreement with the TAPS, agencies must write a letter of purpose that includes the following information:

• What kind of agency/facility is needing fingerprint based checks?
  
• What kind of services are provided by the agency?
  
• Who receives the services of the agency?
  

Then send the letter to one of the following:

Fax the letter of purpose to 615.744.4653 on your agency letterhead.
Once this information is received, TBI will fax the appropriate User Agreement.
